I am a multimedia journalist and editor, based in Boston. Click here to contact me.

I am a recent University of Connecticut graduate, where I studied journalism and American studies. I worked for UConn’s daily student newspaper, The Daily Campus, for four years and wore a variety of hats — beat reporter, associate managing editor and, most recently, the first digital editor in the paper’s 100-year history.

In August 2015 I launched a new, re-designed version of the paper’s website, dailycampus.com. I managed the website and the paper’s overall digital presence during the 2015-16 academic year. Fruitful collaboration with fellow student journalists helped us finish the year with over 1 million page views, a more-than doubled Facebook following and positive feedback from across the university spectrum.

While at UConn I was also a finalist for the Hearst Journalism Fellowship, elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was a Babbidge Scholar.

Right now I am a freelance digital producer for NPR’s national midday news magazine show, Here & Now. I was a digital intern with the show in summer 2015. I have also completed internships at The Ipswich Chronicle, a small Massachusetts weekly newspaper, and WNPR, in Hartford, Connecticut.

I like music, movies, Labradors, IPA and black coffee. Getting caught in the rain, not so much.
